With over a decade of experience in the design field, Danielle brings a thoughtful approach to every design project. Working with her clients to draw out the potential in any room; her bright, airy spaces are classic, balanced with a touch of modern. She believes there is a timelessness and longevity that comes to life when a well-conceived vision becomes reality. Danielle always knew that she wanted to be an interior designer, and decided to approach the field with a unique academic strategy. Her Bachelor’s of Science in the field offers her a one-of-a-kind perspective on the design process, beautifully uniting aesthetic intuition with her pragmatic eye for functionality.
Since making Rochester her home she has focused on both residential design renovations and custom new build projects. Danielle’s approachable, clean-line designs reflect each one of her client’s individual lifestyles and personalities. She often travels to New England and European countries to find renewed inspiration for her designs to share with all her clients.
MATT WILKIN

Matthew's prodigious background in service and sales gave him a strong groundwork in the problem solving skills he uses every day as our operations manager. The fast-paced environment gave him plenty of chances to hone his skills at relationship building, which made him the perfect man to observe the implementation phase of DMB Design Studio's many projects. Matt works diligently to make sure that every part of your design plan is executed both properly and efficiently, utilizing his passion for organization to make your dream home a reality.
Matthew's educational background in criminal justice has made him a quick problem solver and an excellent communicator. He revels in the opportunity to work alongside Danielle, both as a business partner and life partner. He is passionate about traversing the wilderness, both on foot, and via overland vehicle. His love for the natural world is complimented by a dedication to implementing new technologies for DMB to serve all of our clients as best as possible.
SARAH BARNES
Media & Marketing Director
Sarah joined us in the beginning of 2022 as our Media & Marketing Director. With both an incredible background and being the sister to our Principal Designer, she brings a unique talent and excitement to our team. You can usually catch her in the studio behind her computer giving a fresh look to our web presence or working magic on her phone to make our projects shine.
With an Associates of Arts in Business Management & Marketing and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, she has managed multiple businesses including her own. While her experience is undoubtedly priceless, her passion is truly creative. When she is not in the office or on a photoshoot, she can be found camping, skiing, cooking or generally enjoying life.
ZOEY
Design Team Support
Zoey is in charge of greeting our customers and supporting the team whenever they’re getting a little stressed. She’s always happy to take a nap to make sure that a rug is soft enough, or walk to get coffee. The office is never as bright without her presence.
